At Jacked Customs, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. We only offer replacements under specific conditions, as outlined below.
Replacement Eligibility
Only replacement is allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The issue must be flagged by the buyer within 24 hours of delivery.
An open unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement claim.

Clear photos/videos as proof
Complete unboxing video
Our team will manually review the issue, and if approved, a replacement will be shipped.
No replacements will be entertained if the issue is reported after 24 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, especially for:
Custom-made or personalized products
Used or installed items
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling
Products not in original condition or packaging
Any order without a proper open unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
Shipping for Replacement
If approved, we will bear the cost of replacement shipping only for valid claims.
For invalid or declined claims, no shipping or replacement will be processed.
